Portrait of Carly. This is how I see Carly - fun, friendly, happy, alert, a lovely little dog. The challenge was: they already had a "traditional" acrylic painting of this cutie. So I needed something completely different, I choose a sketchy, playful, loose style.

We-Ko-Pa is owned by the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation. Situated in the beautiful Sonoran Desert with ancient saguaros in the foreground and magnificent mountains in the distance. Awesome views of Red Mountain. No homes, condos or town homes lining these fairways. Played golf here April 2012.
